    I need to edit an outgoing document. How do I that?

    Hi,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you trying to edit the PDF document that you are sending on the email notification after the form is submitted? If yes, you can edit the document by going to the PDF Editor. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to My Forms.
    2. Hover on the form and click More.
    3. Choose Open PDF Editor (or Create PDF Document if the form doesn’t have a PDF report yet).1671764345 63a5197992457 Screenshot 10

    That's it. You can customize the PDF document from this page and any changes made to it will automatically be saved. You can also click on the Box icon on the email notification and it will directly open the PDF editor with the template you've selected on it.
