Hi, may I know how to include the Multiple Choice (checkbox) under a product?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It is not currently possible to have one form with multiple product lists for a couple of reasons: currently, you can only have one payment integration per form and each product list will need to be configured with one currency. As an alternative, you can use the Product Field to List the Product and use the sub-product feature to list the shirt sizes. This guide will show you how to do that. Check it out and see if it meets your requirement.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, you can't use the Multiple Choice element in your products. But as a workaround for that, you can add Product Options to your products. Let me show you how to do that:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element + menu on the left.
2. Click on the List icon and hover your mouse over your product.
3. Select the Edit icon and then go to the Options tab.
4. Click on the +Add button next to the field of Add a Product Option.
5. You can add options like product size or color.
6. By clicking on Back at the top, you can add a new option for your product.
