I would like to another user responsible for the form submissions (and receipts).  Can we easily copy the form I have created to give to someone else at our organization so that she may be the primary user and receive the submissions?

One option might be cloning the form. With this option a copy of the form will be created in this other account.

If all you need is for someone to receive the email notifications, you can achieve this by editing the recipient email of the notification:

This way the form will stay under your account and you have total control of the form and submissions, but the other user will receive a notification every time the form is submitted.

Another option might be creating sub-accounts. With sub-accounts you can define the level of access of each user (edit/view submissions; which form/all forms):

Free accounts can define only one sub-account. With the sub-account option the forms are still in your account and you still have some control over the form.

You can see here more details on this matter.

A final option might be us moving the form to the other account. With this option you will transfer ownership of the form and the other account will gain total control over the form. If you prefer this third option just contact us from the email that owns the form, informing us which is the other account and which form.
