JotForm shows disabled message after submissionAsked by elbeeglade on December 17, 2014 at 09:58 AM
After filling out the form and clicking on Submit, there is a response of "Form Disabled."
How do I correct this? I sent a previous question with a url that could only be viewed by City of Jacksonville employees. I have now placed the jotform url below.
Thank you for your help,
I see that you appear to be having a problem with one of your jotforms being disabled.
I checked and tested your jotform " https://www.jotform.com/form/12564619406 " this on my end but so far everything appears to be normal as I am unable to replicate this issue at the moment.
Are you using just your jotform url or is it embedded on a website?
I have also just now cleared your form caches for you to refresh your jotforms for you.
Thank you sooooo much!
We're glad to hear that your issue is fixed now. In behalf of my colleague, you're welcome.
Please let us know if you need further assistance.
