Are we still offering Purchase Order as payment processor

    Is this no longer valid? I do not see Purchase Order as a Payment option (or widget)

    Hello Brent,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Purchase Order is still valid and offered. If you have a Product List widget in your form and it is not connected to any of our payment processors, it's already using Purchase Order. But if you're using an existing payment processor and unable to switch to Purchase Order, please provide us with the link to the form in question so we can investigate further.

    In the meantime, what you can do is delete the Product List widget and add it back. Once it's added, it will use Purchase Order by default. I've also cleared your form's cache to avoid any further issues.
