    I am trying to download an excel . It keeps downloading but nothing happens

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked your form I wasn't able to see any data on it. To better assist you, could you please share with us the link to the form where you are trying to download the data in Excel? It would also help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
