How can I track successful form submissions in Google Analytics?

Hi team, sending this request on behalf of our client, who is using Jotform to power their 'contact us' website form. We're a digital ad agency tasked with driving form submissions, and want to connect Google Analytics <> Jotform so that we can effectively track every successful Jotform submission in our GA account as a 'goal' / conversion event. We've found a few articles, but most are oriented around how to track data entered into specific fields... which we don't care about. Can you point me in the right direction! THANKS!
