Approval Flow - Sender cannot see easily what has or has not been approved

As a form submitter, it seems I can see the sent forms for approval, however without viewing each submission there is no way to know which ones have been approved or denied. Is there something that I am missing. This would really be key functionality to me. The approver gets a sentbox with multiple tabs showing what as been approved and what is awaiting approval. This is great. Is there no way for the sender to know?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked your form approval flow and I saw that there are emails set to be sent to the filer whenever their submissions got approved or denied:

With this, the user will be notified about the outcome of their submission. However, if you are trying to notify a specific person for each submission outcome, you can add an email element or add a recipient email to the email element in the flow:
