Submittion Table: Missing data

    Also some data is not appearing in the spreadsheet: "division" and "category" are blank even though data has been submitted.

    Greetings,

    Thank you for contacting Jotform Support. I understand that you're having issues with the missing data from your submission. Since I cloned and tested your form, I noticed that the Divisions and Category fields are not set to Required. This means that your users or clients may skip these fields.

    Divisions field:

    To rectify this, you may set this field to "Required" to make sure that your user will fill it out.

    Thanks for the reply. These fields are filled in when I look at the individual form, but they show blank when they are in the spreadsheet.
