Don't see recent/new submissions

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I can see that there were recent submissions under Pending Payments. Pending payment means that someone failed to submit the payment when they attempted to pay, especially for Paypal forms. If you received the payment, but the payment still sets in the incomplete payment section, you will have to mark that as completed. You can check out this guide for more information. Let me show you how to view them.

• In Jotform Tables, click on the 3 vertical dots of the main table and select Pending Payments.
• You can select a specific entry or select all and either Delete them forever or mark Complete.

Please note as well that entries in the Pending list will automatically be deleted in 30 days.
