Upload space out of quota - fixed

Dear team,My form is not working "Pavitraa Green Street Booking Form Please assist me.

I deleted old forms and form submissions also.

Its Showing Error " You have run out of the quota"

Dear Pavitra,

You will have to upgrade your plan or have to wait until your quota renews updates for the next month.

The quota for your plan updates every month. It seems that you've reached your quota for this month. Deleting forms unfortunately won't help as the quota is counted by submissions instead of the number of forms.

But how is it possible, how its showing form over quota, its starter plan & only one form is working & space is also did not full yet.
