How to remove the Original PDF from the form?

Hi! I have a form that is auto-filled to a PDF, but I don't want my clients to see that PDF (it is a part of a much bigger application - so I want their responses put into it BUT don't need them to see the whole thing). How do I change it so they cannot see the PDF but I still receive the filled-out PDF in my email?

Turning off the PDF in the settings seemed to remove access from me as well.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Just to clarify, are you referring to the Original PDF being attached to the Notification/Autoresponder email? If yes, I have cloned your form and reviewed the setting and it seems that the option Enable original PDF attachment in Notification Email is currently enabled.

Here's how to disable it:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
• Click on the checkbox beside Enable original PDF attachment in Notification Email.

Thank you for the prompt response! As I look into it I think the issue lies with how I am using Jotform Sign. We want the user to sign an authorization form (which is the purpose of the signature) but it is pulling up the PDF as their signature.

Is there a better way to have them sign only the authorization part without the PDF? Or does it need to be two separate forms that I somehow connect with URL redirects?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is not possible to disable or hide the PDF document preview when Jotform Sign is enabled as this is a legally binding signature. This screen is being shown in order for the user to accept that they agree with the document that they are signing and that the signature is valid.

You can disable the Jotform Sign on your form in order for the PDF preview not to pop up. However, the signature will not be legally binding.
