Mailchimp integration not passing data.

Good morning,
I have a form to approve a persons email addition to a mailchimp account. I've used it in the past and it worked pretty well. Now, however, I can seem to get it to link to mailchimp even though I've done what I need to do, at least I think I have.
I don't know if this is a jotform fix or a mailchimp fix.

I've set up the form, the one I sent a link to, and here is a shot of the conditions I set up for information to be sent to the mailchimp account. However, when I go to mailchimp and try to enter an email address in the contacts, even though I have the Jotform form attached, the person who filled out the form does not show up. I followed the tutorial instructions on mailchimp, more than once and it just isn't working.

When I go to mailchimp, contacts and enter new contact, the name and email are supposed to be there, but they are not. When I manually enter the email address and name, this is what I get:

Hello Jane,
Thank you for getting back at us. To confirm the email address that you are inputting in Mailchimp is a successful submission? If yes, then we send the data to Mailchimp from the submissions table. Let me show you how to do it:
- In the submission table, Click +Add
- Go to Buttons tab and choose Send Data to Other Apps
- Click Next
- Enter a Column Name on the box provided
- Click Next
- Choose Mailchimp by putting a checkmark on the tick box
- Click Create Column
- It will look like this after the column has been created. Please see screenshot.
- Now choose the submissions or submissions you want to send to MailChimp. You can do it one by one or you can select all submissions in one go and the click on three dots right beside delete and from the options you can select Send Data to Mailchimp.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

I've done this as instructed and have "sent" the email address from the form to mailchimp three times and it's still not working. I've tried sending via the "Send Data" column as well as from the three dots beside the name. I signed out of mailchimp and logged in again, I've refreshed the page, and still nothing.
I've deleted the integration and reentered it again.
Still don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Thanks for getting back to us. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
I've cleared your form caches to see if this would correct any unnecessary errors in the form. Can you try reintegrating Mailchimp again and see how it goes? If you run into the same problem again, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

I went to my form and the integration was still there, so I deleted it. Closed jotform, went back to jotform and reintegrated Mailchimp again. Resent the submission to mailchimp - twice and still nothing. I've refreshed the mailchimp page, logged out, logged back in, and still nothing.
I never get the "mission accomplished" green tag across the screen anywhere, and if I try to enter the email directly to mailchimp, I still get the orange message line at the top of the page, and it won't let me add her to the contact list.
I went back to the integration page and set it to send only the email address and it still doesn't work.

Thanks for getting back to us. As per further investigation, this error comes from Mailchimp’s side. To integrate Mailchimp, we are using their public API and, for security/spam reasons, users who were deleted cannot re-subscribe. You can check this guide in order to fix this problem or contact Mailchimp’s support.

I've tried to get information from Mailchimp support, have followed all their instructions, and even generated a new Jotform signup form and it still doesn't work. This is the message I get: This contact was previously removed from this audience. To rejoin, they'll need to sign up using a Mailchimp form.
As a non-profit, mailchimp support will not offer any support.

I'm sorry that you're having issues with this. The link to your new form is directing me to a deleted form. However, to isolate the issue, could you please try the integration to a newly created form by only adding a name and email field to see if this would make any difference?

That's what I did. I created a new form with name and email, still didn't work.
I finally created a form on Mailchimp so I can copy the url, send it to the person and they can sign up there. Their name and email comes right in to my email list on Mailchimp.
I don't like having to do the copy/paste thing, but it works.
