Hi, I am trying to learn more about Jotform's functionality. Here is a bit about the project I am working on...
Via API, I will be pushed user's test scores from an assessment (will receive Total Score, Subscore1, Subscore2, Subscore3, and Subscore 4). After receiving this data, I would like to generate a branded report that is pushed via email to the user. This report will take the data and pull from appropriate text per score.
I see Jotform has the pdf forms for data entry. Can Jotform report generator pull from another data source besides form?
I see I can build the report with the pdf templates. What is the recommended solution for the score/recommendation content...in a sense, a reference sheet that the pdf generator would use to pull text from the corresponding score?
You probably have already determined I am not a "tech" person given my questions. I appreciate any direction you can provide and insight into whether Jotform can assist in helping me deliver this solution.

Hi Amy,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Report Generator cannot pull data from other sources besides the form.
Generating a report for a form is possible, but it is not auto-generated. Once you have created your form about calculating scores and received submissions on it, you can easily generate a report from the submissions by following the steps here.
