Having trouble reverting the form

    Carissa,

    After completely reading the inquiry from Walker above (which I'm having the same issue) and also noticing that he shared a link to a tutorial, it seems as if he has already gone through the steps that you have sent to him (like I have also). I there is more detail required to know what is going on... it is always amazing to me that the customer service reps would rather suggest going through the same troubleshooting steps over and over then to consider that the customer has probably tried everything that is on the help forum before reaching out for help. They never think the problem could be with the software....
    (even when it more then one person having the same issue).


    I look forward to a solution to this problem being posted, as I am also having troubles with using the revet feature and don't know why there couldn't just be an undo button.
