Not Receiving Email Notification

    I'm no longer receiving email notifications from my JotForms. I've check my spam filters and everything.

    I've checked this form and all of the email addresses are not in our bounce list. You can keep checking your other forms and remove the addresses from bounce list yourself if any.

    In addition, you may consider to white-list our domain names if the issue persists. (We use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" or noreply@formresponse.com sender.)
