is there a way to enable kiosk mode to where they can fill out one from submit it then fill out another form?

When making a submission in a form in kiosk mode, the form shall be refreshed and will return you back to the form to fill out the form again. But if you are referring to filling a different form, you can set a Thank you page redirection or add a button in your thank you page that shall allow you to click the button and fill out another form. But these methods will not let you fill out the form in kiosk mode. Instead, it will open a different browser for you to fill up and submit. This guide tells you more about setting up your form's thank you page.
