Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To let employees edit your forms, you can share them using the Form Collaboration Link. Let me show you how:

1. Go to your Form Builder.
2. Click on Add Collaborator at the top right.
3. Copy the Collaboration Link and share it with your employees.

Please follow the next steps when sharing the submission table to read only, comment, or collaborate with employees. Let me show you how:

1. Go to My Tables.
2. Select the Submission table you want to share with your employees.
3. Click at the top right to Share.

You can now share the submission table by creating a link or inviting employees by email. By clicking on Share Settings, you can set default roles that employees can do:

• read-only
• comment
• collaborate
