    Hello Gilbert,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support and I'm sorry you're having difficulties with your form. I checked your account and I can see that the deleted submissions for your Intake Form for Terms are still on your Trashed folder.

Note that deleted submissions will remain in your Trashed folder for 30 more days in case you wanted to restore them at a later date. If you want to clear your upload space immediately. We need to manually purge the deleted submissions. Let me show you how:

    • In Form Builder, click the menu option next to the Jotform logo on the top left of your screen.
    • Then, click on Tables.

    • Next, click the ellipsis icon next to your table's name.
    • Select Trashed Entries.
    • On the pop-up option that will appear on the right side, click the Select All button. Then, Delete Forever.

That's it! This should clear the upload space for your account.

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

I’m assuming you guys can’t see previous conversations or don’t check because I have been having the same back and forth dialog about me taking steps I already did yielding the same results. It finally started working again and as soon as one submission came in, I got another notification saying I reached the limit. I should probably just look into a different company.

    Hello Gilbert,

Thanks for getting back to us and I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

Check out this guide about How to Post Screenshots to Our Support Forum?

Now, if you're still having difficulties purging the submission entries for your Intake Form for Terms. If you would allow us, we can do it on your behalf to free up your Upload space limit. However, please keep in mind that once the deleted submissions have been purged. It cannot be restored even on our back end.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
