Yup....same here. deleted forms and submissions before and after contacting support and chatting with them. account nearly empty yet storage is still full. Now I see below that this is nothing new. Forced upgrades?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support and I'm sorry you're having difficulties with your form. I checked your account and I can see that the deleted submissions for your Intake Form for Terms are still on your Trashed folder.
Note that deleted submissions will remain in your Trashed folder for 30 more days in case you wanted to restore them at a later date. If you want to clear your upload space immediately. We need to manually purge the deleted submissions. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click the menu option next to the Jotform logo on the top left of your screen.
- Then, click on Tables.
- Next, click the ellipsis icon next to your table's name.
- Select Trashed Entries.
- On the pop-up option that will appear on the right side, click the Select All button. Then, Delete Forever.
That's it! This should clear the upload space for your account.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

It finally started working again and as soon as one submission came in, I got another notification saying I reached the limit. I should probably just look into a different company.
Peace and Love,
