We will have integrations with Google Sheets (new forms submitted add new rows). How will a cancelled recurring subscription send any notifications (via Jotform, email, and/or the Google Sheets integration)? Thanks!

    Hi Gina,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Sure, you can integrate Google Sheets in just a few easy steps. They’ll be updated automatically if form submissions are edited. But, since subscriptions initiated through a form are being handled via payment processors, it is impossible to update sheets for subscription cancellations. Let me show you how to integrate Google Sheets into your form:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    • In the Settings menu, click on the Integrations option and Google Sheets integration.
    • Now, select and connect your Google account. EOIQ8OyRY17wob5hpe8ohO7P9WX2 XmG7ODn04j7 Screenshot 10
    • Select an option.
    • Choose your form fields.
    • Click on Save, and that's it. U2UPJh5ivGVQm3sAs4oLsIrAcH5Bn8aKTbk7TKt7 Screenshot 21
