I am getting an error message from Zapier saying JotForm is throttling.

    I am getting multiple error messages on multiple forms saying Jotform is throttling. The exact error is:

    Trigger partner failure: ('Jotform throttling https://zapier.api.jotform.com/form/203283669404054/submissions?orderby=created_at%2CDESC&limit=100', 60)

    Please advise.

    Hi Mark,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m really sorry that this is happening. Can you provide us with the Form URL of the form that is affected by this issue so that we can check?

    Can you also try removing the integration on your form and re-integrate it again and see if it works?

    After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    I'm having the same issue with all our zaps that include Jotform (and that's quite a few).

    Having similar issues across several forms we use that integrate with Zapier. Things are still "working" we just keep getting emails saying there is a trigger failure and some kind of Jotform throttling issue. Started on 3/22 - still happening today. Will check back on this thread next week to see if things get resolved. Thanks to all the folks on the development team for looking into this. Cheers, HR

    I received an email that there is a response to this issue on the thread, but I don't see it. I'm still getting the error messages on all forms. Do we have an ETA for correction?

    Hello Mark,

    We have received an update from our developers that the issue has been fixed. Our developers have released a new Submission Trigger at Zapier that will overcome the issues you faced. When you set up new zaps only the new version will be shown to you - see below:

    While updating an existing zap having the old version of the New Submission trigger, you will need to change the App on your zaps to the latest version of the Jotform app as shown below on Zapier:
