How do I add recurring payments to PayPal Donation

Just to clarify Donation and Recurring Payments are two different payment option.

You can check the different Payment Modes on this user guide.

As you can see in the guide..

Subscription is the one that have recurring payments

While Donation is always one time payment.

I workaround you can do is to add a one time payment Item in the Subscription option that will serve as Donation item.. while the other items you can set them as recurring subscription item.
