Hello I have successfully got to this stage of setting up the edit link button however there is no prompt to select EMAIL .... it only says
Your form doesn't have any appropriate fields to add.
5. Now, click on Fields then select your form’s email field to use as the recipient address. Or, specify the email address in the Recipient Addresses field.
can you please help me so i can send our artists their submissions to edit

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If I understand well your request, when you try to add the 'Email' field, it doesn't appear on the dropdown menu. This dropdown takes the source from the fields inserted in your form, did you add an Email field within your form? If not, please insert one and, the field will appear.
To help you understand better your request, can you please send us the URL of the form? Then, we can perform tests to check if everything is working properly.

Hello Natasha,
Thank you getting back to us. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same problem. When I looked at your form, I saw that the email field wasn't configured correctly. You use a short text field in the collection of email addresses instead of using an email field.
As a workaround for that, you can delete the short text field once and add an email field Let me show you how:
- Select Add Form Element on the left.
- Select Email from BASIC.
- A new field will then be added.
- Click ADD at the far end of the Table.
- Select BUTTON and click Request Update.
- Click on the field in the upper right corner to select Email.
We also have a guide about how to request submission updates in Jotform tables that you can check out.
Please note. You can send an email with a new submission, but not from past data. Adding an email field will only affect new submissions.
