Can I at any point adjust the height of my form or boxes to fit my needs?

Unfortunately, there's no way you can change the height in the form builder and/or form designer. The height is automatic based on the number of fields in your form.

The only way you can change the height of the form is finishing it and embedding it using our iframe method: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. The height attribute is added in the iframe codes, you are free to adjust it.

As for the height of the textarea and textbox fields, you can adjust the sizes in the form designer - Textbox Styles:
