    Not Getting Email Notifications

    In the last week, there has been at least 3 known forms submitted by web visitors that I have not received in my mailbox. At least twice in the last 2 days I have visited my site and the forms have never even shown up on the page, and

    now I 'm doing a test submission and I am starring at a captcha message that never loads. I realize that I am not paying a cent for this service, but the service is useless to me unless it works. What is going on?

    Hi bassguy,

    After reviewing your email notifications, I am seeing that it has not been setup correctly.

    Not having an Sender Name or Email associated with your email notifications can cause your email to not be delivered to you successfully. Please edit your email notifications to include this information.

    Hi Shadae,


    Thanks for your quick reply. Although I am wondering how this has changed as I have been getting notifications fromnoreply@jotform.com for at least the last 6 months and I have not logged on to my account or changed anything in the past several months. I went ahead and entered the email info, and hopefully that will take care of the problem.
