Sign up forms that can track source

Is there a way to create a sign up form and track which social media platform (FB, IG, etc) these people are coming from that sign up?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, we don't have a widget that can track the social media platforms where the forms are filled out. But you can use Form Analytics to check the traffic, device, platform, and location where the forms are filled out. Check out this guide on Understanding Form Analytics and Ways on How to Get Your User’s Info. As a workaround, you can add a Multiple Choice element to your form with the social media platforms as the choices, and form fillers can choose where they fill out the form. You can also check the Get Referrer widget which can Automatically collect referral URLs from form users.
