Not Receiving Notifications of Form Submissions

    Gateway is not receiving any notifications of form submissions. I've tested several including our Contact Us form which is the one we tend to get the most use out of. 

    However, we also haven't received our copies of the form that we normally get to notify us when someone  has made a donation online. We've got some fundraisers coming up soon and I really need to figure out what is going on as soon as possible. I've already double-checked to make sure the JotForm notifications aren't going to my spam folder/junk e-mail folder. 
    Please advise as to the best and fastest way to resolve this issue.

    I created a clone of your Contact us jotform and made a test submission. The emails are being sent:

    I also added a custom sender email and made a test submission. Can you please confirm me if you received them?
