We've got some fundraisers coming up soon and I really need to figure out what is going on as soon as possible. I've already double-checked to make sure the JotForm notifications aren't going to my spam folder/junk e-mail folder.

Am I right to assumed that this is the correct form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/32315531116947? If yes, the email settings are correct and you have it properly configured to this form.
The issue is most likely within your service provider. Maybe, for some reason they blocked all incoming emails from Jotform. If that's the case, we recommend adding us to your server whitelist. You can find all our IP Addresses and Domains here: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
