    Thank you for contacting us.

    We do have licensing options:

    http://www.interlogy.com/products/jotform/

However, it is most likely that you will not get the most recent features implemented at JotForm (e.g. API, Templates, Theme Store, Widgets, Apps, Integrations) with mentioned solutions.

In case you just need your domain to be used as the form URL, it can be done with the following option:

How to use Custom Domains with Jotform

Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.

    Hi,

Unfortunately, that is how it works on custom form domain. The redirection always point to submit.jotform.com sub domain. You may however get the complete form source code of your form and then upload it to your server (or embed it to a webpage) so your form URL will not rely on the Jotform domain. However, you should still not change the action URL of the form since this is where the form data will be sent and processed.

Here's how to get your form source code. http://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form

Another solution is to embed your form to your website using iframe embed code. http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Let us know should you have further questions. Thank you!

Update: JotForm Enterprise is now available. You can incorporate your own branding by hiding anything related to JotForm. Please, check out the JotForm White Labeling page for further information.
