How to download the submission table and have the upload hyperlinked in the table.

    Would love in the future to be able to download the submission table and have the uploads hyperlinked in the table. Even if there was a way to vlookup and sync the two would be helpful.

    Hi Megan,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can download the submission table with the upload hyperlinked in the table. Let me show you how:

    • Open your My Forms page.
    • Select the form title and check the box.
    • Click on the Submissions at the top to open the table submissions.

    • On the current tab for Table Submissions, select the submissions individually by clicking each box or clicking the top box to select all submissions.
    • Click the Download button in the upper right-hand corner.
    • Select Download as Excel

    • Then in the Excel table, you'll see the uploaded files.

    When I download a submission using the process you suggested, will future responses submitted to this form appear on the same excel sheet I already downloaded?
