I work for a university and want to use a free jotform form to capture information on a regular basis..

Before I can continue using your service Ive been asked to establish the following;

 1) Assurance regarding security of data (because of 3rd party involvement) and the precautions. 

 2) Data storage precautions (in case the company hosting went bankrupt) and the back-up arrangements.
