    Hi Damilola Toyosi,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We can change your username for you. Please note that if you are using a custom URL,  your form will not be accessible with the existing URL. You will need to change the URL after changing the username.

    If you would like us to proceed please provide us with at least 3 unique usernames so that we can check for their availability. Please note that only alphanumeric characters and '_' are allowed.

    Once we hear back from you we can move forward with a solution.
