If I make gift card forms for other businesses could i use sub accounts for this purpose and get the business' payment gateway info and plug in? Or, would each payment gateway require a separate account?

I apologize, I do not fully understand your inquiry.
Would you like to know if you can set up different payment gateways on each of your forms?
If that is the case, you can have a different payment gateway on each of your forms. Each form can have the payment integration set up differently.
If that is not want you want to achieve please provide us with more information, we would be happy to assist you.

Thanks for the response. Here is the scenario:
I am doing business with company A, B, C, D, etc. As part of my service, I offer to set up a gift form page online so their customers can purchase gift cards. I want to do this with my jot form account. I want to plug in their email address and payment gateway information so they are alerted when someone purchase a gift card.

Each of your forms can be setup independently from the others. This includes having different payment gateways, email addresses for notifications and so on. During the setup for payment fields, each time you will presented with the choice of which address to send the payment to:
You can also set you notifications to send to different addresses:
This can be done for each form.
