Mapping categories of products in Square Item list

Hello! I have the same question as Alba Villaronga. Our sales made off Jotform are not going to a corresponding item in our square items list and therefore being categorized as “none” which is difficult for our bookkeeping. Is there a way to link what we are selling through Jotform to a specific item in square?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you are referring to categorizing the items being sold in your Square Dashboard after payments, Unfortunately, there is no feature to categorize submissions in Jotform into the Square dashboard or change the details in your Square App from Jotform. You can only create a new products list on the Square Integration on your form and the categories can only be visible when viewing it in Jotform. You may view the full details of the payment on the Transaction page in the Square Dashboard instead.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
