One of my fields does not appear on the emailed form

    Form: AAUW Scholarship Application

    The full name field does not appear on the emailed information.  I suspect that it is because I have messed with the form fields and handled them incorrectly, but I do not seem to be able to correct my error.  All of the other fields seem OK, but the full name field does not appear.

    Please try adding a new Notifier to the form using the Add New Email button

    This will add all the existing fields on the form to the Email Notifier.

    Check afterwards if the full name field is still missing.

    Inform us if issue persist.
