Populate Form Fields Using Unique Abbreviations

I also strongly support this feature request:

Wir sind eine Schule mit 100 Lehrkräften. Jede Lehrkraft hat ein unverwechselbares Kürzel aus zwei Buchstaben, zum Beispiel "Ra"

Es wäre sehr komfortabel, wenn die Lehrkraft, die ein Formular ausfüllt, nur noch ihr Kürzel eingeben müssten und dann alle anderen Felder zu den persönlichen Daten, die bereits in einem anderen Formular erfasst wurden, automatisch ergänzt würden.

 We have the Spreadsheet to Form widget for this purpose that allows you to upload an external spreadsheet to your form and use the values on the spreadsheet to prepopulate your form. You can download Form Submissions as Excel and upload the Excel file to the widget. Values can be automatically populated when the abbreviation entered matches the unique value of the spreadsheet. This widget supports full name, email, phone number, scale, single and multiple choice, short and long text entries, drop-down, and rating values.
