My storage is running low and i would like to delete all form submissions over 2 years old. What is the best way to do that?

Hi astpman,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. There are two options where you can Delete Form Submissions Automatically. Let me walk you through them:
You can set up a deletion period for a particular form:
1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Click the Show More Options button in Form Settings.
3. Scroll down to the Auto-Delete Form Submissions section and click Enable button.
4. Set the Deletion Period and click Next.
5. Review your settings and click Yes, Update to apply and save the changes.
If there are existing submissions that exceed the selected Deletion Period, an option to keep or delete these entries will be provided.
Another way to automatically delete submissions is to set up a deletion period for all forms:
1. Go to your Data page.
2. Click the Set Deletion Period button.
3. Set the Deletion Period then click Next.
4. Review the settings and click the Yes, Change All button to proceed.
You can also choose whether to keep or delete existing entries that exceed the selected Deletion Period.
5. Finally, click the Yes, Update button to apply and save the changes.
That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.

My account is locked for reaching my 110gb limit, I changed the setting to delete submissions after one year which is going to delete a good portion of my submissions. How long does it take for my account to unlock to submit new submissions?

Hi astpman,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked your account, it seems that your upload space limit is 10GB and you are currently using 10.01GB. Please delete more submissions and make sure to purge the deleted submissions. After deleting the submissions, on your Tables page click on the 3 dot icon on the main tab and select Trashed entries.
Select the submission and click on Delete Forever. After purging the submission and if the issue still persist, please get back to us so we can further check.
Keep us updated and let us know how it goes.

I just deleted 500 entries and the account still says over the limit. I set the auto delete to one year and went in and permanently deleted the trash. Can you please look at account so i can submit forms?

Hi astpman,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked your account and I can see that the current upload space is 8.96 GB out of the limit of 100. Since it is not over the limit, I have gone ahead and activated the account.
Reach out to us if you need any more help.
