Unable To Receive Submission

     - jotform app does not accept my submission with my existing username and password. Tried many times.

    - one other issue is that i want to email a form and it says "oops you ve reached your limits" , however when I check my usage , i can see nothing further a couple of trials.

    Hi,

    I'm not sure what you meant by not able to accept submission using the JotForm app, here's the details of what you can do with the iPhone app: https://www.jotform.com/products/mobile-forms/.

    I also checked your account and I see that your account has been automatically suspended, and with this all your forms were disabled. Apologies for the inconvenience that this might have caused you. The reason for this is because it was in a different language, but they are now active. I would suggest that you make it in English and use the Language Translator to have a version of the form in the language you want.

    Why is this? We got a tool called Phishing Detector which allows us to automatically suspend thousands of forms created everyday for phishing activities such as stealing credit card information, social security numbers, login credentials, child pornography, etc. However this tool is not updated to scan Arabic,French and other similar languages, therefore most of the forms made in these languages are automatically suspended.
