Embedding form in Tumblr

    I just get a small grey box. I have tried all of the suggestions including the iframe suggestion.

    Hi,

    I was able to view your form here, but I noticed a conflict in the script. Use the iFrame embed method instead: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code then try to remove the script part in the iFrame (boxed below):

    I just tried this with no luck. Same issue still persists.

    Are you referring to the following form on your main page?

    I can see the form, but there is a little width issue. Please confirm, so we will be able to help you further.

    Yes. They had a server issue before so it is now appearing but there is a width issue and submit button does not appear on mobile.
