Missing field from Follow Up Boss integration

I want help to integrate follow-up boss appropriately with a form. I have tried to work off the information on your help page but cannot figure out how to do what I want.

I want the response to this question to feed into the tag section on Follow up boss.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately Jotform does not have a direct integration with Follow Up Boss, but Follow Up Boss does have a guide of their own for using Jotform and Follow Up Boss together. You can read their guide here. Since this is not an integration supported by Jotform we must ask that you reach out to Follow Up Boss with any questions you have about this.

Zapier also claims to connect Follow Up Boss with Jotform. You can read more about that on Zapier's website.

It simply not doing so, i can't take a screen shot of what isn't working.

Thanks for following up with us. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I identified what is causing the problem. When I looked at your form, I saw that the notification email wasn't configured correctly.

You previously had a field labeled "Where did you find me?" and this field was mapped to the Tags section. This field was deleted on April 11, 2023. However, you did not update your notification email to use "What is your goal?" in the Tags section. Take a look at the screenshot below:

To fix this, simply remove this field and add the correct field to the Tags section like you did before.
