Hi Blake,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, there is a way to give you the ability to evaluate the submissions and send them back to the submitter with our Approvals tool. With the Approvals tool, you can set it so that you will get a message to approve or deny the submission and if it is denied, an email will be sent with a link to edit their responses. Here's how to do it:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen.
- Click on Approval Flows on the sidebar on the left side of the screen.
- Click on Create an approval flow.
- Hover your mouse over the End element under Deny, click on the Trash icon, then drag the Email element into the box that appears.
- Hover your mouse over the Email element, click on the Letter icon, then click on Form Fields and select Edit Link.
- Click on the Recipients Tab and make sure your Email element is set as the Recipient. If you don't have an Email element, you can set it to a specific email address, or add an Email element to your form and click on Form Fields to add it.
- Click on the green Save button.
If you're trying to make a form into a quiz, we have an app that can give the submitter their answers and a score. We have a guide here.
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
