Some of my submission answers are not showing up

    Hello applejacks,

    Have you resolved your issue already? 

    I did check your form and did not find any issue with that. It is configured correctly and the form fields data is being captured in submission and the submission emails also does reflect the input form fields data. 

    I did check your "Email History" and the input data is being displayed correctly for all form fields. Please check the screenshot below:
