Membership Fee through Conditions is incorrect somewhere

When someone pays for their membership, it is charging them $32.47. But it should be $31.60.

They are getting charged $0.87 extra for just the Membership fee.

I've looked through my conditions, and I cannot figure out what is going on.

Basic fee is $31.60 (fee + PayPal fee)

Printed Directory is $10.87 (fee + PayPal fee (0.87))

Our members should be charged only $31.60 if they do not order a printed directory.

Can you help, please!

You'll need to remove .87 in the Update/Calculate Field condition above if you want your members to only be charged $31.60 if they do not order a printed directory.
