Pipedrive Integration: Update the records

Currently, I'm assuming that the pipedrive record is matched based on the email address. Can I create a hidden field and pass the pipedrive ID to it in Jotform and use it to hook and update the record in pipedrive? If updating the email were desired, that would break the integration/connection, I'd assume, currently.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. If Pipedrive detects that the email address already exists, it won't create a new record but will update the existing one. As far as I can see, is currently not possible to select which field should be used for the updates. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. 

I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
