Hello,
I have approvers that must login to approve submissions. Where can I find information about these "approvers" accounts? They are not technically listed as a user on our account but I have an employee who needs to update their name and wants the avatar removed. How do they do that?

Hi Erin,
Thanks for using Jotform. You can see information about who submitted your private form via the submission view. You can access it like this:
- On your My Forms Page, hover over your form.
- Click on More on the right side of the page.
- Under Data, select Submissions.
Since the account needed to make the submission is always a Jotform account for private form submissions, your employee can change their Account Settings under Avatar. Unfortunately, it is not possible to remove the avatar from their profile.
To change their Jotform username, they will have to reach out to us directly with the username they want to change it to and 2 alternatives in case their username is already taken.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
