    Our team are required to download email submissions. They are currently unable to do so as they are not logged in. We have confidential information and cannot give all team log in details or access to all form submissions. We only wish for them to download specific form submissions - can you confirm which boxes to untick to allow them to download and print from their emails and if the team will only be allowed to download submissions which they are the email recipient for?

    Hi Teepee Day Nursery,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the boxes in the Security tab don't fit your needs. A workaround is to set the table as private and give access to limited people. Let me show you how:

    1. In your Form List, open the submission for a specific form by ticking their box and then clicking the Submission button:

    2. In the submissions page, click the Share button and then choose Share Settings:

    3. Set the table as Private and then choose their role if you want them to only view the data, add comments, or view and edit:

    4. Lastly, you can invite them by email. You can refer to the second step on where to input the email address.
