    Export to EXCEL and CSV generates an Empty File

    I have same issue. Export to EXCEL or CSV generates empty file

     

    Export to PDF generates error:

    {"error":"WKPDF didn't return any data.

    Loading pages (1\/5)\n[> ] 0%\r[======> ] 10%\r[============================================================] 100%\rError: Failed loading page http: (sometimes it will work just to ignore this error with --ignore-load-errors)\n<\/pre>","success":false,"duration":"0.325"}

    I see that you are having a similar issue to the other thread here http://www.jotform.com/answers/525112 involving excel and csv downloads generating an empty file.

    I tried to check this in your account but you have several forms. I also tried to test this on my end in my own account but so far I am unable to replicate anything at the moment.

    To help aid us in the investigation of this problem could you please share a link or tell us the name of one of your jotforms where the downloaded file is occurring so we can test it further?
