Unable to Add a Payment Method on Account

    HI! I keep getting an error message when trying to add payment method. SAYS I don’t have permission on this server…can you help me?thanks

    Hi LISA,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. After checking, I can see that you are using a Guest account. I can also see that there is a paid account under this email address and it seems like your login session has expired which is why you are seeing the error message.

    Can you log out of your account and clear your browser's cache and cookies and log back into your account on a new browser and try again? Please also try using different browsers or use the Private/Incognito mode of your browser. If the issue persists, It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
