HIPAA: Unable to view option in incomplete submission

    Hello! When I hover over the incomplete submission, it does not show me the "View" option. Why? Thank you!

    Hi Vanessa,

    Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. I understand that the View option is not visible in your incomplete submission. In order for us to check it on our end, can you please provide the affected form link?

    Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

    Hi Vanessa,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but I was able to view my incomplete submission. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    I've cleared your form cache on our server as a precaution. Can you please try to view your incomplete submission again in another browser and see how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.

    Hello! I have tried in multiple browsers. I am still unable to view incomplete submissions as an admin and owner of the form.

    Please advise on how I view them.

    Hello Vanessa,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Your account is HIPAA enabled. Please note that is currently it is not possible to view details of Incomplete Submissions on the accounts with HIPAA compliance features. Is the Save and Continue option enabled on the form? The submissions will pushed through as complete once the user submits and edits the saved draft of the form. I would recommend disabling the Save and Continue Later option for your form moving forward to avoid incomplete submissions.
