    Hi endviolencefund,

Thank you for patiently waiting. I received an update from our Billing team. Can you please upload/post a copy of your tax exemption certificate? We’ve got a guide here explaining how to do that.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Hi endviolencefund,

Thanks for patiently waiting. We have removed the sales tax, but we cannot issue a refund. Please note that It has passed 30 days from the day of purchase and after that time, the VAT amount has already been paid to the appropriate authorities. If you want a VAT refund, you have to contact your Tax Authority directly.

Keep us updated and let us know if you need help.
